I co-created a golf clubhouse pack with my NHP teammates a while ago. I have made 2 buildings, a clubhouse and a hotel. Jason (Jplumbley) made LOTs for the buildings and the golf courses, and Hableurg made another set of clubhouse buildings. Now I think you may want to see some in game pictures. Fox, who had created one of the best CJ, the Alicante City, in simtropolis.com has posted an update of the Wubei golf club. It is the best application of the golf pack I'd seen so far. I got his permission to post some pictures from his CJ:
